“Our family really likes this place. It's got a ton of machines, work out equipment, a weight area, workout classes (a great variety), rowing and cross fit area, a huge pool, large changing and locker room area, and separate women's work out room. There are big screen TVs for viewing while working out, which I like. It's very financially reasonable for all of us - 4 of us. Keep your eyes out for the specials. We got in on the New Year's special that we couldn't pass up. We pay for all of us what my husband pays a month at his karate studio. Our whole family works out together, and just feel very welcomed by fellow members and the staff. There are areas that need attention. The front area was remodeled and looks great. The main workout area generally looks good as well The floor mats by the cross fit area are definitely in need of being replaced, and the women's room, while such a great asset, is looking very tired. Overall, we are satisfied and look forward to exploring the numerous classes and fitness activities offered that we have yet to try. TWOC has built a community for all ages.”

“I did Yoga for years in other studios and never didn't it fully click for me until I visited The Yoga Room. My first class was with Jenny and I instantly knew I was at home. Jenny was kind, patient and helpful. She made me feel so comfortable and welcome. The Yoga Room is the perfect place for beginners as well as the seasoned yogi. No matter which class you take you will feel relaxed, welcomed, comfortable and challenged. My favorite thing about the yoga room is what each teacher brings to their class. Everyone is so special and different in their own way that you get a unique experience with each class. The owner Maggie has changed my life and for that I am forever grateful. She has an amazing studio with a great group of people. If you are nervous at all about trying yoga come to the yoga room. You will instantly feel like you belong. Thanks to Maggie after a long hiatus I am back to my yoga practice and I couldn't be happier.”

“I joined The Zone over a year ago. As a serious lifter I found myself in a “corporate” gym for far too long...I lost a lot of motivation. The Zone has the vibe of a hardcore gym. Many of the members are serious, the equipment is excellent and the staff and owner are top notch. Some gyms may have a cheap monthly fee and maybe The Zone seems expensive, well you get what you pay for. Don’t short change your body.”

I felt like I wasn’t going to be able to find another studio because I wasn’t looking for any competition studios, I just wanted to dance to dance. Then one day my friend Meghan found The Vitality Place and then my dance world opened up again. Nicole is an amazing, humble and sweet individual who cares about all of her dancers, of all ages, and makes sure her studio is a safe place for everyone. Along with Nicole, the other staff at TVP is wonderful as well. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to dance again to consider looking into this studio! “I joined Woo Kickboxing in March, 2019 after watching my kids participate from September, 2018 onward. Woo KB was highly recommended from a work colleague. The kids have lots of fun learning about self-defense, respect, discipline, teamwork and fitness. The instructors teach the kids as a group and then follow-up with them 1:1 to help them develop their skills to advance through the belt program. They have a great mix of instruction, demonstration and play. I joined to stay in shape (Adult Program). It was super hard in the beginning but it got better. Before joining, I felt very sluggish. My labs were going in the wrong direction (e.g. increasing bad cholesterol, decreasing good cholesterol, increasing BP, etc.) and after about 3 months, I had my labs drawn and everything was perfect. I have made some great friends at the academy, re-discovered strength and endurance I had as a teenager and took my health back. KB is worth the long-term investment in yourself and I found this at Woo KB. Woo KB is family oriented, the exercise routine is always varied and the instructors are very caring and the atmosphere is great. I highly recommend Woo KB to the public!”
