“Trina is truly "the cat whisperer!" She has welcomed our shy 16-year old cat into The Whisker Haven for a two-week stay and our kitty has blossomed under Trina's care. The Whisker Haven's accommodations are immaculate, creative, and cat-friendly. Trina sends us photos and thoughtful updates regularly, assuring us that Kitty is flourishing. We got back in town on Wednesday and picked up Kitty. What a happy little girl! Her demeanor when she came home is a testament to Trina's marvelous care! Upon her arrival home, Kitty strolled leisurely through the house and then plonked down for a long, relaxing nap in plain sight. The Whisker Haven is aptly named -- truly a haven! “The staff and the doctor are excellent. They genuinely care for their patients and the families and provide the best care options at an extremely reasonable price. Our cat was diagnosed with an extremely rare and incurable form of cancer and had a rapid health decline at the end of 2018. The diagnosis was a shock and we were devastated. The doctor gave us excellent options that greatly improved our cat's quality of life. She became her old self and responded very well to the treatment. Her condition is incurable but it has given us time to cope with the reality and given us an opportunity to say our goodbyes while she's comfortable and happy. I highly recommend this place.”

“I was very worried about taking my 2yr old Saberian Husky for a grooming session. My dog does not socialize often and can sometimes be overwhelmed in new environments. The grooming crew was extremely helpful and able to answer all my questions about the service. Genesis, the groomer who attended Maya was super sweet and helpful. Genesis was able to completely transform my dog and kept her calm by giving her toys and being patient. I was delighted when I saw how beautiful Maya looked and all thanks to Genesis and the staff at PetSmart. I would definitely be back and recommend this store to all my dog friends.
