“I had an excellent engagement with Richardson Auto Sales, having worked with both Bruce and Sheri. Their lot is clean, and very low pressure / low intensity. Among their modest selection of used vehicles, they were all of good quality, cleaned and well maintained. My purchase was smooth, and without issue. If I were to comment on any possible way to offer a better experience, it would be only a desire for them to offer closing hours of 6pm to enable some to engage after work. However, I can appreciate that it would complicate the ability to get inspections performed on the cars.”

But a guy from sales was able to grab Eric from service as he was about to leave and he was able to help us. Not only did Eric re-open the service department for us, but patiently helped us load our quad up, gave us tips on how to properly secure it and took time to answer any additional questions we had about the service it had, even though it was well past closing time for him. Which I thought was great, since most places would just tell you they’re closed and walk away. We will certainly be back for service in the future and are happy with the work we had done!”
