I was flabbergasted by this, so I went to Gurneys for my first visit ever. I was expecting 1-2 days as I know most places are busy. I dropped the truck off and got a ride back home (super convenient to have the shuttle available). 2 hours later they called and told me it was done… also they saw my registration sitting on the center console and asked if I wanted them to complete it while in the bay!? Heck yes! A business that actually pays attention and goes the extra mile, LOVE IT. Just brought our Camry into them and they went the extra mile again with that. “We had our new "to us" car for less than a month when it got hit in the rear-end. Most places I called were not taking new work as help was hard to find and parts were not always on time. Jamie was up front from the beginning and even the claims rep for the ins company said parts were on back order for most things and to please have patience. Yes a job that would've took maybe 2-3 weeks took just under 2 months but we were informed along the way as to what and why it was taking the time it did. Ins extended the rental twice without question. Both Complete Collision and insurance company were very informative throughout the whole ordeal. Made have our new "to us" car being hit a little less painful. Color match was perfect and body lines look great!
