“LOVE LOVE LOVE coming here. I normally attend the early AM boot camp class with Sandy and she is wonderful. 45 min work out with a small class. Always doing something different. They are always running challenges which excite me. I love to see the final outcome. Jon the owner is very educated in what he does. He is very understanding and is upfront & lets you know if he feels something will work out for you or guides you to what might work better. The machines and routines are not intimidating at all. its a very comfortable atmosphere. So happy I found this hidden gem in Salem NH. I must say.”

“This place is amazing, I’ve been a member for over a year now and I can’t imagine my life without it. Everyone here is very nice and welcoming, you always want to come back. I had tried other gyms and this has by far been the best place. It’s like a second family, everyone is always encouraging and cheering others on. The coaches are awesome, and will help you modify any movements in a workout if you have mobility issues etc. I know I’ll alwyas get a great workout no matter if I need to scale back or change what I’m doing so it’s beneficial to me. No matter if you’re already a seasoned athlete or just beginning, there is a place for everyone here.”

“I am very impressed with this gym! It is always, clean, not that crowed, not many "bros" and its in a great spot in Salem! The staff is really good too, when you come in and leave they great you. I always see them cleaning, being courtesy and training others. I highly recommend this place! However, they do not have squat rack, deadlift station or even a bench but they have smith machines. If you are reading this review, you probably already know this of Planet Fitness but just writing this in case someone does not know.”

Extra workshops every month and great pricing with memberships. I started last fall with BTY to start my journey to a better, healthier, more active life.
