“We always shop for our furniture at Kensington. We ordered two sofas, a swivel chair, a nesting coffee table, two end tables, a nesting end table, two lamps, an ottoman, and a candle holder to match the lamps. On the day the furniture was delivered, much to our dismay, we only had one couch. The delivery guy was great. He immediately called Kensington. They were great. They immediately called South Carolina where the sofas were made. South Carolina took responsibility for misreading the order. A rush order was put on the second couch, and 4 weeks later, we had the second couch and a gift certificate for $200 for our inconvenience. We're happy and really love our new look. Yes, there was a glitch but Kensington handled it very professionally. We are satisfied customers!”

“Gina Jost and her team recently turned seven sleepy-eyed women into gorgeous bridesmaids, bride and “mother of.” The team started at 7:30 am and all were stunning by 11:00 am, as promised for a noon wedding. Each woman had a different updo and makeup request. With 40 mile an hour winds that day the hair styles and lashes stayed put. And pretty. The team did their work efficiently and cheerfully. We laughed and sang and told stories. All in all it was a great way to put everyone at ease and into a smile that would last the whole day until late at night.
