Very happy I chose to lease my second Toyota from them. 11/9/18: Went in for an oil change and tire check. On the phone, service was top notch and very accommodating. In person, service was only average and not consistent with past experiences. I’m on year two of my Camry lease and owned a previous Camry both from Shore Toyota. My husband also bought his truck from Shore. I drive an hour to Mays Landing because of the top notch service. Today I was underwhelmed: I was told my car purchase was not on file (they said they trusted me odd because on the phone they new my purchase records??), I was pushed to add costly expenses on a lease (which I said no), and communication was not delivered in a timely manner. All my other experiences with Shore Toyota have been positive. Hope to have better service next time.”

“I placed an order with TackleDirect because I wanted to get something for a friend overseas, and they have everything, the price was reasonable, and they ship everywhere (theoretically). At first, they confirmed my order, then they canceled it because it failed their fraud filter, and didn't notify me at all. It failed the fraud filter because apparently nobody ever ordered 3 jars of plastic minnows for overseas before, but that was the reason I ordered from them in the first place. I found out a week later that the order was canceled when I went to their website and tried to find a tracking number. I was furious, and at first, their response was completely inadequate. Eventually, Chris in sales reached out to me and walked my order through the system every step of the way until delivery to the recipient. Happy ending! Chris bumped them up to 4 stars. Bottom line, look for the tracking number for your shipment. Don't hesitate to contact their sales staff, either directly or on social media. Thanks Chris.”
