The work was explained clearly, the options available and the work was done right the first time. For me it is about finding someone I can trust and depend on, and who knows how to deal with the things you need like documentation, local agencies, coordinating with other work and how to get things done without excuses. A gem.

He installed a ceiling fan with sliding switch in my living room and was conscientious about not blemishing the paint or my furniture where he set his tools on a cloth. A very nice man and resonable rates.
