The person helped me out with how I need to ship the lithium battery that went with the package I was sending, picking out the correct box and insurance as it was an expensive item. He made sure I had all the information I needed before I left and even helped me compare time frames as it made a difference as to which address the package would be sent to. Will be bringing all my USPS needs to this location from now on.
