Amazing studio! I was nervous about starting pilates especially in such a small studio, where every mistake might get noticed, but coming here is the best decision I’ve ever made. Because it’s small, they’re able to give you individual attention, which is amazing if you’re a beginner like me. The price can’t be beat and there’s no contract, so it’s perfect if you’re on the fence about trying. I hate exercising, but I keep coming back. Who knew I was a glutton for punishment? The studio is fantastic and very welcoming. My body loves that I found this place!

I love this studio. It's clean, fun, great vibes, friendly and professional instructors in pilates and yoga and good feeling of a community. Also, booking a class is very easy with the platform they use. Highly recommend!

Montana Cibischino is a supportive, fun, and inspiring teacher! My lower back feels a million times better after a few Antigravity Yoga classes with Montana and the lovely ladies in the class. I feel more flexible and more confident. Montana and her classes have helped me to feel like I'm coming home to my body again. I also really appreciate that Coolhotyoga supplies the antigravity hammocks for each class, and they provide an immaculate, safe, and health-conscious environment.

I celebrated my daughter’s 8th birthday with a glow in the dark aerial yoga party. All of the kids absolutely loved it and had an amazing time. The staff was friendly and professional and the facility was nicely maintained. I got so many compliments from parents on what a cool idea for a party. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday so memorable.
