River Pet Resort & Rehab

Used the app to order some food, said it would ready at 12:59, I thought yeah right. I was pleasantly surprised, not only was it hot and ready, but the girl behind the counter was very pleasant and made sure I had my sauces.
Tried the new loaded fries which were great our cheese sticks were hot too!

The food here is always great, and the people working here are just great people. Always friendly and helpful. Plus this is one of the cleanest places to eat in Berea.

Went at 7pm on February 2nd 2023 and the group was absolutely amazing in helping us and the food was absolutely amazing. If they were there everyday this place would be awesome, the deserve a raise

This place used to be TERRIBLE! But I have to say they have really gotten so much better. Most of the time, your food is hot and fresh. You don't typically have to wait too long even if there is a line. And the people that work there look like people you wouldn't mind handling your food. If only their milkshakes weren't so expensive!

Thank you Dr.Z and the staff at River Pet. Whether it is a day at camp or an extended stay my 8 1/2-year-old boxer is extremely well taken care of and loved. Many of the staff members have been here longer than the eight years my boy has been coming here. MAC is my child so you know only the best for him!!
Esty is always kind and patient, and Frank Is one of the gentlest souls I have ever met. Sam is just as kind and does amazing grooming!!! All of the staff members are truly excellent.

Wonderful staff that took great care of our cat. Sadly left the area and miss Riverpet a lot.

Great pet facility. They took care of my cat and dog when we were away for a week and the introduction process was great. Everything was well explained, discussed every detail. They were so kind in answering every and all question I had about my fur babies. Really great place. And clean too. I saw them mopping up twice, just when I was there. Highly recommend Riverpet.

Perfect staff, vets nearby if needed and most importantly, my guys are happy to be there and clean when ready to come home!
