(September 27, 2019, 12:55 pm)Being new to the area, I emailed a few plumbers based on some Facebook recommendations. Dan was the first to respond and came over the next day to check out our kitchen situation that needed all new piping, a sink install, and some gas pipe fixing. Not only did he give me a quote and deliver on the quote without trying to up-charge, he went out of his way to make sure that everything was set and easy for upcoming appliance installation so that I wouldn't have any trouble on that end.
Super nice guy, responsive, and my 2 year old keeps asking about Super Dan now. I'd recommend Dan to any friends in the area who are looking for plumbing and heating, and maybe a babysitter?
(July 2, 2019, 11:34 am)Dan is great, he's the 3rd plumber I've had to use while being the superintendent at our building for the past 8 years. He is much nicer than the other 2 plumbers I tried and he was the only one who could figure out a major heat issue we were having at the time too. He has helped us many times over the years since then and anytime a plumbing issue comes up, he's the only one I call now. I know job will always go well with Super Dan and he's always a pleasure to work with.

For both business and residential, scratch that one off my list, because Super Dan brings to the table knowledge, craftsmanship, professionalism, fairness, and quite frankly...character.
I cannot speak highly enough on this recommendation.
You’ll know the minute you speak with him on that 1st call that you’ve found the right plumber...and also a good person. Then you’ll give yourself a pat on the back for the life win you’ve just got as you see him leave with the fix, knowing you’ve found the plumber you’ll always use.
10 out of 10. Without a doubt.
PS- I’ve gotten 2 sinks, 2 showers, a furnace/hot water issue and 2 toilets fixed by him over the years. I’ve never had a problem with any after being addressed by Super Dan!

He was honest at first about the possible outcomes, so I knew what to expect. Dan came out and exceeded beyond my expectations!
