“My water heater tank burst and my basement was filled with 3 inches of water (see image). I called Intact and within 15(!) minutes from my call Shay from intact was on premise. It was Friday at 5 PM the end of the day - he could’ve easily not pick up however he did. He checked the pipes to make sure it is indeed the hot water boiler and not something else and after analyzing the situation he explained to me my options and gave me a quote. He then rushed to the supply store that was about to close at 5:30 to get a new water heater. By 7 PM the new water heater was installed and not only that he also brought a special vacuum to help get all the water from the floor - which saved us hours and hours of collecting water from the basement floor. When the job was done he sent me the photo fir my records. I could not be happier with the service and I would strongly recommend these guys.”
