I now bring my son to her after the pediatric dentist I was using said he needed fillings. She reviewed his X-rays and found nothing wrong. He is very happy with her as am I. “Very Good Customer Service - I ordered (online) a display case for a NHL Hockey Goalie Stick. I did not get my UPS confirmation from UPS and started to freak out about it not arriving before Christmas, as promised. I shot off an e-mail to the company at 6:30 pm, 2 days after I expected the tracking info, fully prepared to get the run-around. To my surprise - I received an e-mail response later that night confirming that my case had shipped and would arrive as promised. Crystal Caseworks forwarded me the tracking info the next morning and It did arrive on time and in perfect condition. It is a beautiful display case and I will order from this company again and recommend them highly to everyone!!”

“Who would have thought that I will be reviewing an audiologist? Not that Dr Gary Hilt needs my review after 45 years in the field. But I was unable to pass up an opportunitty to say kind words when they were due. Dr Hilt will remind you of Mr Rogers' neigborhood in the most complimentary connotation. An old-school doctor who was attentive to my concerns and his suggestions were eye-opening (there would be pun intended if I was reviewing an ophthalmologyst:-)). Not only an ultimate professional but an educator (and that was a music to my ears). In a world of an assembly-line attitude towards patients and customers it was so refreshing to deal with him. Just glad I had found him.”
