“The Spencer Bank located at 104 Passaic Street, Garfield, NJ is a bank I considered my second home because of their overall customer service is impeccable. I've been banking with them for approximately 5 years. It's the perfect small bank for a small business man like my self. Not only do I have my business account with them, I also have my non-profit account as well. Besides the fresh free coffee they serve all day during their business hours, they go on and beyond to put all my concerns to rest. Today, I had an issue with an account that was overdrawn, and Alicja Klecha took her time and explained the reason why and printed out my statement, so I can physically see the reason of my overdraft. Initially, I was rude to Alicja Klecha and in return she treated me with love this Valentine's Day. I normally don't write these type of letters, but I was compelled to do so because she did not deserve the bad treatment I gave her, and she helped me to the best of her abilities regardless of my rude behavior. Great employees are hard to find, so I advise you to encourage and protect Alicja Klecha because she is an important asset to your company that will set the example for others to follow.
