This was the first location that I ordered from that actually "cared." They called when they couldn't deliver the arrangement and then called again to see if they could schedule a good time for drop off. Then, after my arrangement could not be delivered again, which was a Friday, the manager stated that it's not a problem but would have to be delivered on Monday. The care and consideration for the customer was a 9/10. My experience was one that I will not forget, and to answer your question, YES, I will be ordering from the Hackensack location again. Thank you to all the staff, I appreciate the great customer service.

Placed an online order for my family to receive in Christmas Eve and lo and behold around 10am, a ring comes to their door and proper social distancing, this beautiful display was left on their porch. Everything was fresh and delicious and the balloon was a big hit. The size was awesome! Thank you for doing what I would have loved to have done in person! Highly recommend!!!
