Christa is a treasure, as always. She recently suggested I try the shampoo and conditioner from the product line they sell. I had been having issues with the amount of oil my scalp is producing and though it may have been the shampoo and conditioner I’ve been buying from the grocery store. She directed me to try O&M Sebum Balance Hair Bath which is a normalizer for oily scalp and hair. Surprisingly, after just 1 use, my hair is drastically improved! What was once oily and heavy, is now lightweight, soft and smooth. I used to wash my hair daily because of how oily my hair would get. Now I don’t need to wash my hair for at least 3/4 days. It is life changing. If Christa or Nicole suggest one of the products in their shop to you, I highly suggest trying it out. It is more than worth it! Plus the company that makes the product is carbon neutral, which is always a great perk!

Beyond thrilled with my experience here!! The girl who used to cut my hair started working in Brooklyn and I have been trying to find my new go-to stylist ever since. She is actually the person who recommended I try Hair Collective. And I am so happy I listened. I saw Christa, who is super personable, but most importantly SKILLED. What I appreciated most, besides her attention to detail, was her inclusion of my opinion along the way. Throughout the haircut, she would check in with me - is the length OK, do you want more weight taken out, how are the bangs. She is definitely talented and knows what she is doing but clearly wants the client to be happy with the end result. She is my new go-to! The salon is perfectly decorated. Calming but still has personality. It was the most comfortable and at ease I've felt while getting a haircut in quite some time. 1000% going back, can't wait for my next visit! Just go, you will not regret it.

I absolutely loved my experience at Hair Collective. Christa is amazing and I can't say enough about how much I love my hair! The salon is so inviting and welcoming. When you walk in you can't help but feel happy and relaxed. You can tell Christa and Nicole put so much care and thought into not only the hair products they use, (all ammonia free and organic) but also the decor and vibe of their space to give their customers a unique experience. HIGHLY recommend and I can't wait to go back!
