(June 14, 2017, 11:54 am)I have been attending this martial art school for 10 years now. I started when I was 10 years old. The instructor is a patient person, and teaches at an individual level. The other students in the schocolate are all great people as well. I have learned how to defend myself using simple yet effective real world techniques. I especially like the "never quit" attitude that the school teaches all of its students. I've learned ground fighting, stand up fighting, multiple attackers, weapons. My self confidence has also improved dramatically. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to learn how to defend themselves intelligently while making themselves a better person. Not to mention my fitness level continues to improve and amaze me. Thank you
