“I appreciate the variety of classes they have here. I can have a relaxing stretch in Yoga & Lymph Flow or get energized in their Booty Barre class. I also look forward to de-stressing in their Restorative Yoga class. This place is gem. All their classes have something different to offer and the instructors are so warm, welcoming, and instructive. Studio 108 offers such a relaxing atmosphere for yoga. The walls are a serene soft aqua with windows to provide natural light, and ceiling fans to provide circulating air.”

“Yolanda and her team go above and beyond for our family. Our son is a Type 1 Diabetic and requires a continuous, uninterrupted supply of insulin and other supplies just to stay alive.
