“Felicia became my personal trainer soon after she opened right downstairs from me. From the very moment she opened her doors to me we hit it off. Well who doesn’t hit it off with Felicia? Aside from being an awesome gal she is a wonderful trainer. Her extensive knowledge on the different ways a woman’s body can be molded is beyond me. She showed me that’s its not about loosing weight fast it’s about shedding inches and tightening the muscles. Work outs that do not include massive weight lifting, but don’t sleep on it... Her routines are perfectly designed for a women’s physique, using every muscle and every body part at all times. “Dr. Haley is a great chiropractor and will guide you through back problems. If he cannot fix it, he will recommend that you see the proper orthopedic doctor as well. He always will take time to know what is wrong with you and work with you to fix the issues and if you follow his instructions on rehabbing, you will feel better much more quickly. Dr, Haley will say he is not a miracle worker, but will always do his best to make your pain go away.
