This is an awesome gym, with cool decor, ambience and music. The instructor is technical and friendly. It’s obvious he cares about his students as he takes extra time to explain techniques to them. All of the students are welcoming and friendly, which makes for a safe and fun environment for all who enter. Too bad google only lets you give 5 stars because I would give more.

Amazing place to learn and practice grappling and stand up. Mike is a great instructor, the gym is always clean. The people in there are humble and friendly, very high level practitioners and periods of instructions. The basic classes help breakdown everything for beginners, this place is so well structured all around.

Head instructor and second degree black belt Mike Wilson creates a positive, welcoming and fun atmosphere for all ages and classes. His passion for jiu-jitsu speaks volumes in his teachings.

Excellent gym to train jiu jitsu! I was visiting the area for roughly one month, and had heard good things about this gym in the past. Mike was incredibly welcoming and willing to accommodate my desire to train, despite the short time I would be in the area. Students and staff at this gym are teamwork oriented. They truly care about your desire to learn and get better. The facility is always clean, and there are plenty of options for classes throughout the week. I highly recommend this gym.

I have been going to gorilla BJJ for a year now and it is an amazing place. It is a nice big open mat and a smaller mat in front. The people there are nice and helpful. They explain thing extremely well and they keep the amazingly clean and a healthy working environment. It is a great place for self defense and tournament training. They are very professional and good teachers. I would 100% recommend them!!!
