“They are always available when I need them. They have at times gone above and beyond to help our small company when we were in a bind. The technical support is very good. If we ever were unhappy with anything, the sales rep has made it right. I would recommend. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the convoluted paperwork when we purchased a new copier and they had to buy out the old lease. It’s been a few months (with COVID in between to be fair) and we are still trying to straighten out the exact amounts owed and paid.”

He is knowledgeable and he is a great listener. He takes time to understand his client and their lifestyle. He then designs a program specifically for that individual and it works. I am pain free. “I think the place is great. The decor is like a hotel than an assisted living. Its extremely clean here! You can't find a speck of dust anywhere and it smells great. The staff as a whole is great. Meagan is like an adopted daughter to me. She helps me whenever I need anything at all or when I get upset or "lost". I don't know what I would do without her. The activities are wonderful! I think Kathe is the greatest! She is creative and her enthusiasm is contagious! We have lots of fun things to do, we go on trips and have happy hour daily! Mariola is another one that helps with anything, from a little nothing to a big problem. I have been here for almost 4 years and the food has been great and even improved since Dane started here. He is always looking to improve which I greatly appreciate! Overall I am very happy here and glad I moved here!”
