If you're in a semi and have your trailer attached, don't pull in the yard. Park in the front and walk in from there. “My wife and I have used this service center 3 or 4 times now, and the look, feel and service are all a large improvement from Bill Kolb Jr., where we serviced our previous Subaru. But the real highlight of our experience here has been Esma, our service rep. The level of service she provides elevates the entire shop, and we come in for services that are cheaper elsewhere because we know she will make sure the work is done right. I have had trouble with shops not getting work done correctly on the first visit before, but Esma has shown us time and again that she is as thorough as she is thoughtful.
