I have to say that I have never been able to speak first hand to any dealership mechanic in all the years I have owned cars and trucks. This to me was a unique experience which I greatly appreciated. While I was waiting for my vehicle, I had the pleasure of speaking with salesmen Hugh and Patrick. All of the employees that I met were terrific.
