(March 6, 2018, 8:04 pm)After hitting option to speak with a human during power outage, I was given patient, considerate, very friendly info by officer on duty. Same officer maintained police dept's Facebook page, also very helpful. Please be aware that you need to dial the option for "emergency" for a human to answer, otherwise callers are sent to endless robo-prompts. When office answers, clearly state, "This is NOT an emergency, but....." and then state your inquiry. A better telecomm provider should solve this problem. Huge thanks to the very kind officer who took the time to speak with me.
