“Really love this place. Have been bringing my C300 here since I bought it two years ago and Frank has been phenomenal. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, honest and considerate of my pocketbook. On multiple occasions, he’s told me that a repair the dealership recommended could wait a couple months and even recommended cost-effective alternatives (eg he told me to get my tires from Costco!) The office staff is also very friendly. Owning a German car or any other luxury vehicle can be unnecessarily tough because a lot mechanics will talk up the price of repairs and justify it as necessary because “it’s a luxury car” or “it’s a European vehicle and needs very particular care.” It’s very comforting to have a mechanic who is honest and noble. “I had the Quesadilla burger, it was very filling! I was full after the first half! The Thai Chile Boneless Wings were fried perfectly; not too crispy and had a great flavor! Hubby had the 2 for $29 and he ate both dishes! He said ribs were cooked perfectly and had alot of meat! The drinks are on special for Valentines Day and only $5. Service was fast and the waitress was very efficient and friendly!”

Being that I was playing songs that he has played for 20 + years, naturally I deferred to his expertise in how they really should be played. But instead of having a "mightier than thou" attitude about it, Ryan was patient and explained different nuances and demonstrated techniques and offered guidance and encouragement.
