(June 2, 2022, 4:59 pm)Terrific vendor. There was a specific preowned instrument that we were interested in, but it was in the Westchester store, and we live in Essex County New Jersey. They were kind enough to relocate it to the Paramus store so that we could try it out. We all fell in love with the piano, and consummated the transaction the next day. Delivery was very smooth and professional; the team were considerate of our Covid protocols and careful to follow all our instructions about access and placement. Also, they were very nice. Overall a very positive experience.
(January 27, 2022, 9:22 pm)My experience purchasing a piano with Faust Harrison was very pleasant. The service provided by Dean was friendly, helpful and attentive. Delivery and setup was fast and without any issues. Will definitely be shopping here again for a future upgrade.

He played so beautifully all 5 pianos we where interested in and he was so kind and patient with us. It was a blessing to walk into this store and meet such a professional with great character. I do not recommend anyone to buy a piano unless its this store. Trust me the peace of mind alone is so worth it.
(September 14, 2021, 3:33 pm)I purchased a new piano from Faust Harrison Pianos in Paramus over the phone. I was somewhat hesitant to make such an important purchase off site. The results have been remarkable and I am completely satisfied with every aspect of my purchase. First, sales associate Dean spent all the time necessary to explain instruments, availability, and delivery options. Several phones calls and emails were needed. Invoicing and payment were quick and seamless. Finally, the white glove delivery service was outstanding. These professionals stayed and moved the piano several times stating that they would stay until the piano was exactly where I wanted it placed! They did just that! Finally, the piano itself. It is superb! I purchased the Yamaha digital grand G795 in shiny black. It is beautiful and an excellent instrument for practice for a music teacher in a condo with a headset on. I highly recommend Faust Pianos for all their support and this wonderful Yamaha piano. This is the way to buy a piano today.
