(December 4, 2019, 10:04 pm)The experience I had at t-mobile in Paramus with Leslie exceeded my expectations. I was a Verizon customer for years and was looking to switch over because of issues I had. The sales rep, Leslie helped me with getting my accounts with 4 new phones set up. It took much longer than I expected since we had a few minor issues but her patience and wanting to make sure I got the best deal by far made the transaction and wait time so much easier. I would definitely recommend visiting this location and asking for Leslie. Job well done!

The staff was extremely friendly, they didn't push me to upgrade my phone while switching over and provided me with the best affordable options. I plan on coming back to sign up the rest of the family with them.
(November 24, 2018, 3:34 pm)Harry who help fix my daughters issue with her new phone was very knowledgeable and was a tremendous help . Most other customer support people would have given up but he went above and beyond what any technician would have done. He is the gold standard for friendly and knowledgeable service.

Graig and Harry were there to genuinely help my dad who was visiting from abroad. From providing him a SIM card to resolving his data issue. They accommodated my dad even though it was his phone that was not compatible.
