My daughter enjoys learning with Ms. Joy. She explains and shows how to play both technically and with musicality. She provides guided practice opportunities for improvement and also individualizes instruction. I was nervous at first about doing lessons remotely since we live in Maryland, but within the first lesson, it was apparent that Ms. Joy is a great teacher. We feel lucky to work with her as she is motivating and professional.

I have been taking music lessons from Ms. Joy, starting with piano when I was 8 years old until I went to college. Joy is very professional, encouraging and I have learned to love music thanks to her!
