“I called on a Saturday and made an appointment for Sunday Morning with Kelli. She is super kind and accommodating. The place is welcoming, very clean, relaxing, , and beautifully decorated. I did 30 minutes in the infrared sauna which was included with my 60 minute deep tissue massage. By far the best deep tissue massage i have ever had. It really helped with tight muscles in my shoulder, legs, and back from running, working out, and playing sports. I'll be back for sure.”

They partner with local and small batch natural companies and while I was in I was able to chat with one of the small batch dog food companies and they gave me a free sample to take home and try.
