“By far the best chiropractic center that I have gone to. Dr. Thimmel and Dr. Bensky have kept my back in relatively good shape. The center also has physical therapy as an adjunct to the overall well being of the patient . Thank you Joe and Jay. I recently took advantage of their massage therapist. If the patient follows up with exercise at home the treatment received at the center will last. I recommend Dr. Thimmel without reservation. Stretch those hamstrings and keep hydrated.”

“I visit twice weekly for personal training from Jay and it is always a pleasant (and physically taxing) experience. I have also visited for chiropractic work and the consultation was very nice. They have a knack for helping you feel comfortable and relaxed, and they are willing to answer questions you may have. The office is always clean and quiet, which is a huge plus. It is also located in a very convenient spot right off the Parkway (if you're willing to pay the toll).”
