(July 26, 2021, 2:13 pm)On July 7, 2021 I was at the Tenafly, NJ location. There was only one representative, Jay, and it was his first day. He was friendly, professional and all around excellent!
It was also very busy that morning so Jay had to juggle phone calls, emails, and in person customers.
Enterprise Management: Try to be more supportive of your employees. It is unprofessional on your part to place a new person in a location solo. Ten days later, when I returned the car, Jay had assistance.
Overall: A very good experience with Enterprise. All credit is due to Jay.
