“On July 7, 2021 I was at the Tenafly, NJ location. There was only one representative, Jay, and it was his first day. He was friendly, professional and all around excellent! It was also very busy that morning so Jay had to juggle phone calls, emails, and in person customers. Enterprise Management: Try to be more supportive of your employees. It is unprofessional on your part to place a new person in a location solo. Ten days later, when I returned the car, Jay had assistance. Overall: A very good experience with Enterprise. All credit is due to Jay.”

“PROS: This 7-11 is one of my go-to convenient stores. This place is always clean and the staff is friendly when you speak to them. They have a lot of the basic stuff 7-11 has and their prices are in line CONS: parking lot only has a couple spots and the store is small compared to other 7-11s. They don't have as large of an inventory as others as well OVERALL: i would still come here despite size disadvantages but my main concern would just be a matter of finding parking”
