(November 25, 2019, 7:51 am)Great service , BK assisted well through the process. He was always in touch making sure I knew what was happening and worked out a good time to pick up the car . Had to wait a bit longer to close out the deal and pick the car , would have been better if that was scheduled more effciently . Overall it was a good experience and will definitely recommend others to use the dealership . No haggling over the rates , no surprise hidden costs etc.

Manny & Landon (Finance) helped me the last 2 times and what a great experience! They take the time to listen to what I need, are patient with my 101 questions, and always make it such a smooth process. I always have such a fantastic buying experience here.
(September 13, 2019, 2:38 pm)Great dealership, great people and great experiences! I live 40 miles away from this dealership but wouldn’t go anywhere else. I just drove home my 3rd BMW yesterday, and my salesman Manny is the absolute best. He doesn’t just sell you a car and forget about you, but keeps in touch throughout the lease to make sure you’re happy and things are well with the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership and be sure to see Manny, he truly cares about his customers and spends the time finding what you want at your price point.
(August 5, 2019, 11:33 am)By the time I came to BMW of Tenafly, I had shopped around at a few dealerships looking for the right car. The experience here was a breath of fresh air. Charles, our sales rep, was friendly, helpful, and in general a great guy to hang out with for the day. My fiancee and I felt very taken care of, and left confident that we had bought a great vehicle at a great deal. We will definitely return here for the next car.
