Best post office EVER!! Virginia is a ray of sunshine! I've been stuck dealing with the horrific Conroe post office for the past year and I had to finally close my business in July because of their refusal to scan packages left in my mailbox or dropped inside the post office which left my customers believing I was shipping items several days later than I actually was which tarnished the stellar reputation that I had spent 25 years building. It was devastating both emotionally and financially.
We recently moved to Nevada, TX and all that changed when I walked into the amazing Copeville post office and met Virginia!!! For the first time in forever I was able to trust the USPS with my business again!! I literally teared up when telling my husband how amazing she is!
She takes pride in her job and does it with a smile!! And she is even open for a couple hours on Saturday so I can maintain my next day shipping guarantee!!! Anyone in this area who is blessed to use this post office needs to not ever take Virginia for granted. EVER. You folks have no idea how good you have it.
There are 100K people in the city of Conroe who suffer daily with mail that vanishes into thin air, unscanned packages and hours long waits in a urine soaked lobby just to pick up packages. No exaggeration. They don't even have blue mail boxes in the freaking parking lot!!

Staff was very nice and very helpful. She was very understanding and willing to help me since I was confused on how to send the item and what to send it in so, it wouldn't get damaged during shipping since it was a very expensive item and I was sending it to the person that bought the item. I forgot to ask for insurance on my item and she asked if I needed insurance on it since I mentioned it was an expensive item and I told her yes!! Thank you for reminding me to do that. But, when I got home I realized that insurance wasn't checked and they were closed by the time I realized it wasnt checked on my paperwork BUT, I did tell her that I wanted it to be trackable and I needed to have them sign for the item to show proof that they got the item and she said that would be required and it comes with a tracking number since it is an over nighted item.
It was an overall good experience and I would go there again to mail whatever I needed it. Thank you for your help and Thank you for being patient with me.
