Very professional in workmanship and very courteous interaction with customers. Very knowledgeable and capable to answer any question related to the use of your bicycle. Estimates for work price are accurate so there are very few surprises. This is what I expect of a quality bike shop. Very few people like to spend the amount of money it takes to properly maintain a bicycle. However the prices are reasonable and the work does get done to a very high standard.

Great customer service at the Baseline store in Boulder! I went in several times to make adjustments on the first new bike I picked out and then ultimately switched to a different bike. Everyone was very accommodating even though I was indecisive at points. I am very happy with the bike I ended up with and feel comfortable going back to get help or ask questions at any time. I received excellent customer service at the Trek Boulder store. Amy was extremely helpful in helping me choose the right bike. She really went above and beyond to help me find a bike that fit me, and was the right model for my biking wants/needs. Amy also provided me with lots of excellent tips on everything from good trails to riding form. I went to several different Bicycle shops to test ride bikes, but I received the best customer service at the Trek store. The employees all seem very engaged and enthusiastic about the brand. I was very impressed with the service I received and I LOVE my new bike!

I picked up a new gravel bike and they got me set up with my bike fit specs, new pedals, pack, shoes. In addition, on the same visit, they were able complete Level 1 service on my mtn bike. The staff is very helpful, professional, and they have a couple of female employees which is welcoming for other females customers.

Good communication, from when first in the door to plan and execution of repairs/service. Timely and efficient, best practices instead of cutting corners. Straightforward and friendly, willing to take the time and willing to give practical, meaningful advice. Quality of the service exceeds the quality of the bikes they offer, and the Treks they offer are superb.
