She has a great eye for what will look good and really works with you to understand your style and taste to help you find the perfect blinds or shades. The store has an amazing selection; we wanted operable shades for an arch window and they were the only company locally that was able to provide that for us. This is how I originally found the store, but have continued to use the store for all my blinds/shades needs due to their excellent selection and great customer service. Lissa is not pushy at all and will totally work with you until you are completely satisfied. Beyond that, she is just such a nice woman and a pleasure to work with. Joe, the man who works with her to install the blinds/shades, is also so kind and wonderful. “I ordered a bouquet of cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday from the photos I saw online. The cupcakes were gorgeous! People in the street were stopping me to ask where I got them. They looked like real flowers and were arranged exquisitely. But beyond how beautiful they were, they were also delicious. “I seriously LOVE Armanios! I needed custom cushions for my dining nook. Armanio personally came to my house and calculated the very tricky proportions. Then, when it turned out I hadn't provided enough material (my bad!), the lovely lady who makes the custom upholstery provided coordinating fabric for the cushion undersides free of charge. Beautiful piping work. The custom cushions fit my tricky dining bench and back exactly. I am very happy with their work. The couple who run this small shop are charming and have a sophisticated eye. Would not go anywhere else, this shop is a hidden gem.”

“I was fairly confident that the job needed was a double compressor in addition to other various issues. I had called the purported "King of Sub Zeros" only to get a price out of the ballpark and I was rushed and shut down. In addition, the other company had a relatively rude customer rep servicing me. The rudeness coupled with the ridiculous pricing and attitude made the decision an easy one. I called Authorized Refrigeration, spoke with a most lovely lady who fielded the call with care, concern, and kindness. I spoke to a tech immediately, Eric. Eric immediately struck me as a true professional who spent his valuable time explaining the dynamics of what could have gone wrong. This assuaged my concerns that I found the "right one." He showed up, explained in detail the problems, what I asked, quoted me a price that was well below the other. He used only the best parts, as well. When all was said and done, he exceeded ALL my expectations, as well as leaving me with a feeling of satisfaction, not one of feeling fleeced and questioning myself. In all my years, I have never had a better service rep/technician for any appliance on all the levels--trust, pricing, knowledge, demeanor, care, concern, and satisfaction. Repair reps/techs are like lawyers and auto mechanics/dealer--you have to find the absolute best and ones you can truly trust to do what they say they will do--with integrity. 10 stars out of 5.”

I was able to get exactly what I wanted in exactly the style I wanted because the owner spent time with me helping me go through all the options. When I walked in today to find out more about the delivery I explained to him that I wanted my current living room delivered to the new apartment of a church friend whose entire apartment was burned down.
