“This was miscommunications with the order. The app crashed so I called in my order at 5:36 p.m. and was told it would be ready at 5:55 p.m. But, the order was put in until 6:09 p.m. the order was paid for by phone. It was very busy and there was no parking. The bowl of chili is about 1 1/2 cups for $12 way too overpriced. The cup of chili is about 1/4 cup. They forgot the onions on the side and gave more cheese volume than the chili amount. There was a handful of chips in a bag on the side for the chili. The nachos were 1/3 eaten by the time I took a photo. The hotdogs were eaten later and I am not sure the outcome. I did call the restaurant back for a refund as they charged $5.00 for two large ice teas that we didn’t receive. I give them an extra star as the manager was empathic and she cared. She was concerned about something that had happened at the restaurant outside unrelated to the order. Which is good as it keeps community safe.”

“I came with my husband last weekend around 21:00, there weren’t many people. The staffs are very friendly, they came many times to check if we need anything. The broth are great, I love the ginger one. Vegetables are fresh and the most important- meat are fresh and high-quality (compared to other hotpot restaurant). Their ice creams are so yummy, must eat ! After hotpot we also played the candy machine downstairs, had fun :)”

“Lovely restaurant in a strip mall. Fresh warm hearty bread and some olives to start. Great flavors in both. Followed by a small salad of mixed and a wonderful vinaigrette, just the right balance of rich olive oil and a slight bite from the vinegar. For my entree I choose the rigatoni with pesto and added sausage. The cooking was perfect. Pasta, mushrooms and cauliflower were hot all the way through with just that little bite of firmness. The sausage had just a hint of spice and a nice rich and hearty flavor. The Pesto was a creamy style and a little delicate for my palate, it worked very well with the sausage. My new favorite Italian Restaurant in the area. I expect to be back many times.”

“Beautiful town and nice train station 🚉 with an authentic Japanese mart 😄 We loved their authentic Japanese potato salad, prepared food and mochi. Their Japanese pan (bread) were not as good as Korean or Taiwanese bread (imho the outer bread was okay but tuna fillings were too little and cheese fillings were too salty). Overall item prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place in the weekend picnicking at train station bench to enjoy the Japanese small train station town like atmosphere.”

“Went to a birthday party for a life long friend today at Sergio's Missione. I had never been there before today. The restaurant was lovely, but, the food was amazing. We had 5 courses plus fruit before cake and coffee. Each course was better than the one before it. We had hot and cold antipasto, next mini pumpkins stuffed with sausage, mushrooms, pumpkin, cheese and cinnamon. They were outstanding. Next was penne vodka followed by salad. I had the flounder oreganato with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. Final course was a selection of fresh fruit. The meal was amazing. The wait staff was super attentive and very pleasant and so accommodating from start to finish. I would highly reccomend Sergio's for a dinner for 2 or a party of 28.”

“absolutely amazing atmosphere to host a party or event! They have spacious rooms to fit the size of your party or event that are clean , modern and classy looking. I attended a post christening dinner there and the food and service was top notch! The waitress and waiters were helpful and professional . I do wish the manager did not tell something to the waitress while she was helping us because i felt bad for her but it wasn’t that big of a deal. Everyone was helpful and I felt we were at a five star restaurant! AMAZING food! i had the salmon oreganato and it was so delicious! They cook in large quantities very well! It was a 100 person event and the food was NOT dry or tasteless, but juicy and delicious ! The bartender ( not sure of his name but i think he wore glasses , dark hair and said he was colombian , he gave great service and went out of his way to make a margarita and thought outside the box by using the sugar packets from the table instead of telling me he didn’t have sugar for my drink . He should be recognized for that ! overall i enjoyed my time. If the waiters wore a bit more professional outside such as not modern tight pants and such that may add that extra touch of class, but it was not too outlandish - they looked great overall”

“What happened to this place?? Long one of my wife’s faves, it is now just overpriced, terrible food. I hate wasting food but I threw my meal away. I went up and informed the workers that all the food was stale. I don’t typically post pics in reviews but it is clearly visible here how hard and dried out the “yeero” meat was in the photos. This was a $42+ meal for 3; everyone got a small bowl of stale rice and overcooked meat. We ended up stopping at Chick-fil-A on the way home. Update 11/27/21 Since posting the initial review, the owner and manager both reached out to me and promised to make things right. I was refunded for the previous meal and provided a gift card. I’m happy to say my family returned today and the food quality was MUCH better. Everyone enjoyed their meals and there was even leftovers to take home. Thank you Eons, you’ve won back a customer!”
