“It's great, but please, please, please replace the plastic feet of the chairs. The steel chair leg bottoms make an AWFUL grinding, shrieking sound whenever anyone pulls them in and out, and that sound grates on your nerves and is awful to hear at any time, but especially early in the morning when you haven't yet woken up fully. (I attached a picture of one of the legs with and one without a plastic cover.) (The men's bathroom door also has a grating shriek when opened and probably just needs a drop of oil.) These chair leg caps (and a few drops of oil for the door) are probably inexpensive, but even if expensive, they would be worth it to your customers and can make the customer experience enormously better. Please, please, please do this, for the sake of those of us who enjoy eating in peace and quiet, and who enjoy calm, relaxing moments. Thank you. :)”

Usually I get steak or prime rib (and they happen to be running a Sunday prime run special - soup to nuts kind of thing) but it's been a while since I had their rack of lamb. So that's what I ordered. And it was exactly as ordered. That, and the wedge salad, and the mashed potatoes was more than enough. I brought my leftovers home for lunch tomorrow. I am never disappointed at the River Palm.”

The food is always served hot and on time. Despite the outward appearance of being an upscale establishment the prices are very inexpensive. Tshirts to ties are all welcome here and the crowd is very respectable. Give the wings a try you won't be sorry.”
