“My girlfriend is from Jersey, yet we live in New England. A few weeks ago we made a trip back to Jersey for the Columbus day weekend. Left late on Thursday evening and after all the traffic outside NYC, we were getting hungry around 9pm and decided to stop to eat dinner before we finished the ride to Morris Plains. We found this place completely by accident but what a gem. Food was fabulous, staff was warm and welcoming and the place was quiet and romantic. Their Veal Parm was great and I tend to be pretty picky about veal having grown up in an Italian restaurant. We both have said this is going to be a new favorite stop on our returns to see Jersey and family.”

“BEST FOOD EVERRRR! You have to try Taco Bell it’s the best fast food restaurant in the world. You can get really good food. The service is really fast. You can get a lot of vegetarian food, because you can get all the food that has beef substituted with beans. They update their menu with a special item every few times. They have a box which is basically lots of items and soda which is cheaper than buying them alone.”

Bar is separate from main dining area, but booths are nearby for more intimate seating. Family friendly. My lunch consisted of a Southwest Chicken Sandwich, with a side of fries and fresh Irish Coffee. A discussion of Irish Poets ensued. See if you can guess who's portrayed on the walls opposite the bar. Enjoyable and reasonable fare. Recommend and will return.”
