“Very Good Customer Service - I ordered (online) a display case for a NHL Hockey Goalie Stick. I did not get my UPS confirmation from UPS and started to freak out about it not arriving before Christmas, as promised. I shot off an e-mail to the company at 6:30 pm, 2 days after I expected the tracking info, fully prepared to get the run-around. To my surprise - I received an e-mail response later that night confirming that my case had shipped and would arrive as promised. Crystal Caseworks forwarded me the tracking info the next morning and It did arrive on time and in perfect condition. “Dr Vingan, Diane and the supporting staff at NJ Brain and Spine have been wonderful. Dr Vingan performed laminectomy surgery on my 89 year old dad who had spinal stenosis. For over a year, he had chronic leg pain, was on pain meds and could hardly walk or sleep. Physical therapy and epidural injections had not worked. While the time for him to recuperate post- surgery took longer than my dad expected, he was off all pain meds within 2 weeks of the surgery and after a month in rehab and three months of out-patient PT, he is able to walk with a cane and even drive! Dr Vingan and Diane have been incredibly patient and spent a lot of time answering all our questions throughout the process. They are very understanding of elderly patients and were reassuring and confident with us throughout the process without being condescending or inpatient. I’m so grateful that the doctor did not automatically dismiss my dad’s case just because of his age and he really did a thorough assessment to determine whether he could help him. PS and he takes Medicare!”

The owner gave me a price over the phone and the money was given to me, along with a receipt, when my cars got picked up. The pick up was free and everything happened relatively fast which was a plus for me. The owner called me throughout the day to inform me when the tow company would arrive and even called me afterwards to ensure that everything went smoothly. I'm not a big cake fan, but my Filipino friends really enjoy them from here. Lots of flavors to pick from too. Since I don't normally eat cake, I have no point of reference for the pricing. But it was roughly $42 for a regular sized cake. They do have plastic bags here which I am really grateful!!!!! It's nonsense that governor Murphy banned all bags recently, so stupid! Plastic bags are needed, wanted and useful. The bags they have here are sturdy too, so you can reuse them. The store charges roughly 50 cents per bag, which I think is stupid. People need a bag. Just fill the outside of that plastic bag with awesome Red Ribbon logos, some huge detailed photos of the cakes and treats and you have free store advertising every time a customer walks out the store carrying a cake in one of your awesome bags. Everyone on the street seeing those bags with delicious cakes on them will wonder where they can buy a yummy cake like that. Advertising works. Don't charge the customer, just let them help you advertise for free. Parking here is insane unfortunately. This is no fault to the owner of the store. It is how the downtown area of Bergenfield was designed around a hundred years ago when most people had horses and very little traffic, no need for tons of parking. If the very few street parking spots are all full, there are large, free parking lots on the parallel back streets, Portland Ave and Legion Drive. The Portland parking lot is closer to Red Ribbon. Employees are super friendly and helpful. They are also quick to help. There are some indoor seating and during warmer months they have some outdoor seating as well. Very clean inside.”
