“As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly service rep who explained what services would be performed on my car's 20k mile checkup. It was quick and after I had dropped off my car, I received updates via text and email including a video recording of some of the checks done on my car. This was impressive but I wish the video clip showed more. Anyways, when I went back to pick up my car, I was greeted again by the friendly service rep who handled the transactions and sent me on my way in less than 10 minutes.”

Since it was summer and we all enjoy nice refreshments with lots of ice, we decided to see what was wrong with the appliance. Certified Appliance Repair Paramus said that they would send one of their fridge technicians shortly. He was in our kitchen later that day. When he left, we enjoyed nice, small ice cubes once again.
