“Just read the reviews and it's obviously someone who has something against our developer. I work for him and I have only good things to say. He is a man of his word and the Glass House is one of his babies that he put his heart and soul into. The Glass House is a personal sanctuary. A boutique style building. We have Town Homes right on the water and only 4 floors of condos. There are only 11 homes per floor. When customers come in to see a home, I send them out to look at the competition and 90% end up coming back and purchasing here. We are 50% sold out. And that is 50% of buyers who did their homework. We have a great mixture of young professionals commuting to the city 30 min door to door and people who just want a change of lifestyle. Eva”

I've been banking with them for approximately 5 years. It's the perfect small bank for a small business man like my self. Not only do I have my business account with them, I also have my non-profit account as well. Besides the fresh free coffee they serve all day during their business hours, they go on and beyond to put all my concerns to rest. Today, I had an issue with an account that was overdrawn, and Alicja Klecha took her time and explained the reason why and printed out my statement, so I can physically see the reason of my overdraft. Initially, I was rude to Alicja Klecha and in return she treated me with love this Valentine's Day. I normally don't write these type of letters, but I was compelled to do so because she did not deserve the bad treatment I gave her, and she helped me to the best of her abilities regardless of my rude behavior. Great employees are hard to find, so I advise you to encourage and protect Alicja Klecha because she is an important asset to your company that will set the example for others to follow.
