(December 8, 2018, 8:08 am)The Victorian Christmas was really nice- food trucks, craft sale, carolers, carriage and train rides, story with Mrs. Claus, real reindeer, there was so much to see. Just don't park in the field if it's wet and muddy- you'll get stuck and have to push your car out of the mud!!

(May 9, 2018, 9:51 am)Historic mansion and courtyard on gorgeous grounds. Beautiful park with lake, falls, and river. Miles of walking trails, fishing, and canoeing. Many other historic buildings with informative signage populate the park. There are areas for picnicking and grilling. Pavilions for large group parties and a playground. Smithville Park hosts many events for children and families and even pets.
