“When I first arrived to Flex about 3 months ago, I was told improvements would be made because the gym is under new management. Improvements have been made!!! The new floor in the gym which gives more support especially to those who lift heavier is perfect! I can't say this is a fitness club type of gym - its the gym where you go to work and get things done. I wish there were longer hours - but when the population increases I'm sure they'll extend.”

“This is great all around gym , plenty of room for weights and machines , the employees are always pleasant and helpful , I enjoy taking the spin class and the fitness class , and the price is super reasonable for the monthly membership, what I like most is this gym has character not one of these big box change gyms .”
