“When I first arrived to Flex about 3 months ago, I was told improvements would be made because the gym is under new management. Improvements have been made!!! The new floor in the gym which gives more support especially to those who lift heavier is perfect! I can't say this is a fitness club type of gym - its the gym where you go to work and get things done. I wish there were longer hours - but when the population increases I'm sure they'll extend.”

I did not expect to spend that much money in there. I had to go to the bank and get more money. I spent 200.00 and it was worth every single penny.
