“Great community of people to get stronger, bigger, leaner or whatever else appeals to you. Lots of specialty equipment, wide variety of bars and attatchments that you rarely find at commercial gyms. New equipment is added quite often and broken equipment is replaced quickly, honestly I have nothing bad to say about this place. The owner is very helpful and kind and you can tell he has a passion for fitness which translates into a great environment! Also it is always clean there's no gym funk that plagues a lot of other gyms. I've learned a lot since coming here from the owner and the helpful community of people, looking forward to many more years here!”

“Absolutely hands down the BEST Personal Trainer in South Jersey! Heart of Gold and a Drill Sargent at the same time. Whatever your needs are Bristol and his crew can definitely help. They also have boot camp classes and other classes if you don't want to work out 1-1. Very reasonably priced. Besides helping you through workouts, he helps you with healthy recipes that are delicious! They also have competitions and are involved in the community, via health classes, fundraisers etc. Great bunch of people who are inspiring and make working out fun!”
