Love the classes and instructors. Needed a change in my exercise routine. Very friendly, cozy, clean and welcoming environment. The instructors are very informative, explained what the classes were all about and offered modifications, if needed. I leave there with a great workout and my mind is cleared and rejuvenated. Can’t wait to go back tomorrow!

Absolutely love the classes, instructors and studio! I have been taking Buti for almost 2 years. I truly enjoy going to class, working out is no longer a “chore”. These classes are filled with the most amazing badass woman, the energy of the class is contagious. Sara’s knowledge, dedication and passion for this practice is off the charts! I have seen results both in mind and body! Would highly recommended coming to SWS you will not be disappointed.

Like so many, I never stuck with any type of exercise. After hearing people talk about Buti, I thought it sounded fun and I’d give it a try. That was over a year and a half ago. Sara is an amazing teacher and the practice of Buti isn’t just exercise. It’s a group, tribe, of amazing, supportive, beautiful, strong women supporting each other. Sara takes the time to make sure each of us is in correct position without getting hurt, or modifying to our abilities. I look forward to classes with Sara, Lindsay, Ashley. They’re all phenomenal and so are the other women at classes. I haven’t met anyone that’s taken one class and not come back for more. Sara and the SWS tribe have changed my life!

All of the teachers at SWS are so supportive, knowledgeable, welcoming and also challenging! It's great for newbies as well as people with an established yoga practice. With buti I found a workout that I really love while I'm also getting so much stronger.
