“These guys are the best. Super personable. They show many signs of being dedicated to an actual art of dentistry that seems little more than a chore for every odd one I visit. While serving customers personally and creatively (in ways I haven’t honestly seen before) it was still a non-rushed but productive visit. “I had a new roof, gutters and downspouts installed in December 2021. I am thrilled with the results and I am definitely recommending Marseli to friends and family. The owner Ash was in contact with me directly throughout the whole process and he really could not have provided better service and guidance. I appreciated that he explained about the materials and process of the installation. I learned about the importance of a 'cricket' to deflect water and debris from forming a dam behind my chimney (my old roof did not have this) and he even gave solid advice on the choice of color for the roof and gutters. They use the top-of-the-line GAF shingles that come with a 50 year manufacturers warranty. It made a difference to be able to really trust that he took pride in his work and saw my house as a reflection of his company's good name. Plus his team handled all the paperwork for permits, which was a big help for a busy person like me to not have to worry about it. My house is a tall building, so the roof is quite high, but his team met the challenge head on and they are a great group of guys. They had the old roof removed and new roof installed all in a single day. Actually less than a day! And they were careful to make sure they hauled away all the old shingles and left the property spotless. Marseli is a good, local, family-owned business run by Ash and his wife Marilyn and I recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer who takes pride in a job well done and great customer service.
