“Both this location, and the one in Robbinsville, have helped us and our fur babies through some very difficult times. They always treat both us and our pets with care and compassion. We have visited North Star for both routine and emergency care for our cats and rabbits. Their prices are also very reasonable for a 24/7 walk in emergency vet. Definitely recommend.”

“I see the reviews for one star. This is a walk in emergency facility. You may need to wait 3 hours! I took my sick dog in there on November 3, 2019 and we waited 2 hours before being seeing. A woman who I am assuming was the manager came out every 15-20 minutes to update us on the wait. I would have waited 10 hours for my dog. We went in the exam to find out our dog had cancer total shock to us and we had to put him down. We were in that exam room for 2 hours trying to control our emotions. We were never rushed by any staff members or Dr. The Dr. was so compassionate as well as the staff. So when you are out there in the waiting room wondering was is taking so long it’s people like us that just lost a big part of our family. Thank you to the Dr. and staff. Although it was not easy and we are completely devastated we appreciate every second you dedicated to us.”

“The staff was very friendly and answered any questions my girlfriend and I had before seeing the veterinarian. The assistant was very helpful as well as we waited in the vet's office. The veterinarian (whose name I don't recall currently) was extremely thorough and gave us all the information we needed about our kitten. Amazing first impression and will be coming here for all of my kitten's medical needs in the future.”
